The Barns at Timberneck Wedding

Yosmary and Timothy are officially a Mr. & Mrs.! Their beautiful rustic wedding at the Barns at Timberneck was seriously gorgeous and a great way to kick off married life together. Yosmary and Timothy have been together for 8 years, so I know they were waiting for this day anxiously!! Timothy proposed last holiday season while they were in Panama with Yosmary’s family. During a photoshoot, Timothy waited for one of the last locations, overlooking the Panama skyline, to pop the question! And now, they’re married!! Yay!

Yosmary and Timothy planned a glamorous, yet perfectly rustic, wedding day in Surry VA. They got ready with their friends and family, opting to forgo a first look. Instead, Yosmary had a first look with her father and she and Timothy exchanged cards before their ceremony. When Timothy saw Yosmary for the first time during their outdoor ceremony, it was just magic! After they were pronounced husband and wife, it was the best part of the day: husband and wife portraits! We had a truly beautiful sunset that day and their portraits were so much fun. The Barns at Timberneck has a fun little wooden swing we even got to use. You could see the love in Timothy and Yosmary’s eyes as we captured their first moments as husband and wife.

When it was time to head into their reception, everyone was so excited to be celebrating the newlyweds! The reception space had been decorated perfectly. Yosmary and Timothy used a gorgeous fall color scheme of navy, pink, ivory, and gold to bring the rustic space to life in the barn. It all looked SO good! They ended the night with a sparkler exit, which is always lots of fun!!
