What a gorgeous day Ben and Laureen had! I loved how they themed their whole day around a classy roaring 20’s wedding! They added their own personal details throughout the day, and it just came together flawlessly. The John Marshall Ballroom complimented the look of the day perfectly, and certainly made for quite the portrait spot for their event.

We started with details, and then moved to the Capital for an emotional “ First Look”! Ben was speechless! Moved to tears not only once that day, but twice as you will see. It was a chilly day in Richmond, but Laureen had a beautiful fur that she wore throughout the day to keep her warm. It was so pretty for portraits too.

We finished up grabbing some creative shots in the street and back to the captial that was in walking distance before heading to the Reception. Laureen had some fairytale ideas she wanted to do, and they were so fun to get. As the couple was introduced for their grand entrance for the reception Ben had changed to a purple coat. It was such an awesome touch to their theme for the day! They danced the night away with their guests. Later Laureen changed to a perfect party dress with sequins and beading to end the evening with.
