Morgan and TJ have been together for almost 4 years now. TJ asked Morgan to marry him on a quiet Fall afternoon at one of their favorite Vineyards, the Jefferson Vineyard. Since it was a little chilly out TJ went to grab a blanket for Morgan to sit on, and when he came back he got down on one knee. Of course, she said YES!

I have enjoyed so much getting to know two such wonderful people. From our first consultation to the wedding day these two have been just amazing. Morgan has the BEST smile, and could light up a room anywhere she is. Being around them you could just see their anticipation, and joy in planning their perfect wedding day!

So you know the expression “April showers brings May flowers?” This was certainly the case when April 7th arrived. We were met with quite a bit of rain, BUT during portraits we were blessed with only a drizzle to capture some gorgeous romantic moments. The Cherry Blossom trees were in bloom, and the weather just made for a stunning capture of petals falling all around our bride and groom.

The Barns at Timberneck is a hidden gem in our area for sure. We loved shooting there, and it completely brought the rustic vision to life that Morgan and TJ wanted. There were so many special details that Morgan had to personalize their day. A good friend of theirs created a stunning wooden ring box that was customized with Mr, Mrs, and their wedding date. Morgan’s Grandmother’s pearls wrapped around her bouquet as a symbol of her being with them that day. TJ’s Mother’s pearls Morgan wore on her wrist as a tribute to her as well. All the vendors did an outstanding job, and I will list them below!
