What an honor it is to take these first photos for families. Every time I do I leave with my heart so full. There is something just so heavenly about a newborn baby.

This family was just the sweetest! I had so much fun working with them, and especially their adorable baby girl Micah.

Oh my goodness these photos made me so happy to be able to take for one of my best friends! Becky and I have known each other for many years, and became close in a discipleship program we were in together several years ago. I was out of my mind excited for them when I found out this happy news! 

Cassandra and Tyler are getting married next June in Cassandra’s hometown in Maryland. Hunter and I are looking forward to spending the weekend there, and shooting their big day. 

Hunter and I had so much fun together photographing Kristina and Justin’s Wedding. We were at the beautiful historic Chippokes Plantation State Park.

I have been wanting to do a “Details Session” with my own little one for quite a while now. I’m so glad I finally got them done.

These Bridal Portraits were a photographers dream. Chippokes Plantation Park, in Surry County is a little hidden treasure literally in the middle of nowhere.

Robin and Shawn made their vows to one another in Virginia Beach, on a chilly April afternoon. The cold weather didn’t keep these two from lots of laughter. We quickly shot formals so they could get inside for the reception and the warmth. Everyone was so cold, but kept such great attitudes to make Shawn and Robin’s day as special as they could.

Oh what an amazing sunset we were blessed with for Summer’s Maternity Session! I was so excited when she said she wanted some in the water. I was all for being able to get a special picture with the water and sunset.
