The Bible is full of incredible promises from God that He is with us no matter what. Here is a little devotion on scipture that I read and wanted to share.

Jesus said this of the words that He spoke to the disciples…

“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have PEACE. In this world you will have trouble. But be of good courage and take heart! I have overcome the world.” John 16:33

In my own life and walk with the Lord reading His word and speaking it aloud became essential. There is so much power and strength that God gives you when you speak His word. I wanted to share some encouragement to everyone right now, and the months to come.

Hebrews 4:12-13 tells us that… 

“The Word of God is living and powerful…” 

It brings life and power to us every time we take it in. No matter what is going on in your life, keep filling yourself with God’s Word. Read it, meditate on it, speak it aloud, and let it settle into your heart so that it is reflected in your words and actions. So that you can walk in peace, and not fear. 

You are not alone, and you are not powerless. The Bible reminds us that God Himself said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you” (Hebrews 13:5). God is saying, “Not only will I never physically leave you, but my heart will never turn away from you.” Be assured and encouraged that when God says never, He means never. God has not left you or forsaken you, and He never will.
