A couple of weeks ago I traveled to Alturia Farm to meet up with these amazing people. Andrew and Heather are just the sweetest couple. I enjoyed my time with them so so much. The photos of Andrew smiling at Heather completely show how much he adores her. I was certainly smiling as I edited these! Jenny and Audra did Heather’s hair and makeup, and she looked gorgeous!!! I always loveee when I get to work with those two talented ladies!

Their proposal story was completely magical! They were on vacation at universal studios and on the last day Andrew proposed in front of the universal studios globe. He asked Heather to take a picture with him and they got a bystander to take the picture, but instead he had her shoot a video while he got down on one knee. It was a complete surprise to Heather. She said there was a lot of cheering, and even when she thinks back to it now, it still sounds like a dream.

The afternoon for their photos was just perfect. Everywhere you turned there were places to photograph. I can’t say enough nice things about the wonderful staff that welcomed us there. They were so kind, and helpful with making sure we found all the photo spots. At the end of the session one of them even came to give us a golf cart ride to a field of wild flowers on the property. We didn’t even know that was there, and it made for some whimsical portraits to end the session with. That was so nice of them! I am definitely looking forward to us doing photo and video when we go back there in December!!!
