After yesterday’s rainy weather I knew just what beautiful sunny wedding day I wanted to share on the blog today!

Katie and Dan’s day at Half Moon in Norfolk was just that! The sun was certainly shinning, and warm all day…. But if you take a look at their photos you will quickly see that their smiles and laughter was just the same.

When Dan saw Katie he had one of the best smiles I’ve ever seen for a First Look! He was truly just in awe of his gorgeous bride. The other thing I LOVED these two did was truly just enjoy their moment at that time. They spent time talking about their day, and just taking it all in when their First Look started. We always tell couples that the First Look time is theirs to just forget we are there, and just be with one another before the busyness of the day begins. Katie and Dan did just that, and it was so touching.

What a wonderful day right on the water in the Waterside area of Downtown Norfolk. Make sure not to miss the pictures of the Best Dog! Troy was adorable!!!
